EMT/Driver Part time Dayshift Only M-F 6am-6pm

Part-time job

• Provide emergency care
• Maintain and -restock all the equipment on the ambulances
• Complete all charts before the end of your shift
• Notify the Ambulance Captain immediately of any equipment failures
• Maintain the cleanliness of the interior of the ambulance both in the cab and rear compartment


• Up to date EMT/EMR and EVOC certification
• Valid Pennsylvania Driver’s License
• Must 3 years of experience as an EMT on an 9-1-1 ambulance
• Qualify as a driver on the ambulance


• Letter from Physician declaring fit for employment as an EMT
• Pass a criminal background check

At 1752hrs, Rescue Co. 52 was dispatched to the intersection of Edgemont Ave. and Coebourn Blvd. for a two vehicle accident. Rescue 52 made the response with a crew of 8 and secured the vehicles and fluids on the roadway. Crews were on scene for approximately 30 minutes.

At 1648hrs, Rescue Co. 52 was dispatch to the 300-blk. of Coebourn Blvd in Brookhaven. For a three vehicle accident. Crews secured the vehicles, and hazards on the roadway. Rescue and Squad 52 made the response with a total crew of 14. Crews were on scene for approximately 25 minutes.
